It’s not the only weather app available for Android and might not be the best for some. But the Weather Channel is the best known source for everything weather. The application uses GPS to find your current location. But also stores all your favorite locations under My Places. The opening screen shows temperature and current “Now” conditions for your location. The timestamp shows you when the information is last updated.

The video function lets you watch your forecast live on your device as if you were watching the Weather Channel. The video is geared to your location of the country.
